The prices on the ``Dolce Vita Residence`` website are displayed in BGN currency with 9% VAT, tourist tax included. The total amount payable by the customer for the reservation is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and the current price offer for the relevant period. A reservation made is considered guaranteed after an advance payment of at least 50% of the amount within 2 days - IBAN 09STSA93000030010467, BICCODE: STSABGSF. Please note that bookings are not guaranteed without advance payment. The use of pool, sunbed and umbrella is free of charge.

Please take care of the property of the hotel and observe the rules of fire safety. Before leaving your room, please close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and electrical appliances. The guest compensates the value of the damaged property in the hotel in full in accordance with the hotel's internal documents. Removal and moving of furniture from the rooms is not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in the closed premises and rooms of the complex.
